Who will you be working with?

Our Operations and Customer Service team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate daily with various departments, including services, to support our customers and ensure smooth business operations. Your role will be crucial in coordinating efforts across these teams to deliver outstanding service.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Experience within customer relations not less than 2 years

  • Strong commitment, independence, and initiative in carrying out tasks.

  • Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and verbal.

  • Reliability and exceptional organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude, effective communication, and ability to work as part of a team.

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to operate in an online environment.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Manage complaints from customers and provide effective resolutions.

  • Support sales with quality documentation flow organization.

  • Cooperate with services teams in the scope of orders management.

  • Coordinate ongoing commercial and service projects in logistical terms.

  • Support warehouse operations to ensure smooth inventory management.

  • Organize and supervise transportation activities to meet deadlines.

  • Perform general office work, including mail handling and managing document flow.

What about the physical demands of the job?

This job primarily involves desk work, with minimal physical demands.

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

Successful candidates will be employed under local employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations.
