Monitor Plan Vs Actual
Customer OTIF
Responsibilities
Schedule Production for different workstations
Capacity management
Level Loading of manufacturing activities
Scheduling Work Shifts
Material availability (Shortage management)
Release of Manufacturing Orders
Re-Scheduling of Manufacturing Orders
Working knowledge of any ERP
Production Control
Inventory Management
Lean methodology
MPS Adherence
Hands on with MS office (Excel knowledge is bare minimum)
People Management : No
Budget Management: No
Required Candidate Profile
Education/Training : BE/B.tech (Mechanical- Preferred)
Professional Experience 3-5 years’ experience
