Mission
Own the responsibility of securing approvals related to the Business.
Manage the coordination & submission of timely responses to all queries raised by RDSO/Lucknow for the OE Indian Railways Business
Responsibilities
Liaise with RDSO, Lucknow for QAP / product approvals and for any new development projects, Finalisation of Draft Specs. Compliance to EOI, Vendor registration etc.
Obtain approval of QAPs; Providing full support to our QA team to prepare the QAPs in line with the requirements of RDSO.
Ensure response to RDSO against all queries, EOI, Draft spec, etc. within specified time by continuous follow-up with Sales, Engineering and QA team.
To obtain firsthand information about our product performance
To be available for any technical or commercial clarifications that RDSO officials would require.
Arrange necessary interactive sessions with RDSO for introducing new products and solutions that are relevant for our business.
Interact with RDSO officials and provide inputs to the organization on the business opportunities
Monitor the development activities being undertaken by RDSO and relate them to the existing solutions that the organization has for making a business case.
Ensure the image of the organization is maintained always at highest levels by providing necessary information and updates to all officials of RDSO

Location
Education/Training
- Graduation in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical stream) is a must.
Master’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration will be an advantage
Professional Experience
Should have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in handling business with Indian Railways. Should have prior experience and knowledge related to Vendor and Product approval process of Indian Railways. Should have worked or interacted with senior officials of Indian Railways.
Key Competences:
Competence: Level
MS Office (specifically Excel and Power Point): Proficient
Knowledge on RDSO approval processes: Proficient
Knowledge on Indian Railway Procurement Processes: Mid Level
Languages
English and Hindi must.

Reasonable domain knowledge on RDSO approval processes
Team player with good speaking and writing skills
Positive attitude and always willing to walk an extra mile
Possesses Good Presentation & Analytical skills
