Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Materials Clerk will be responsible for all indirect material and services, data entry and Oracle MRP transactions to support the distribution operations. In this role, you will own the operational aspects of the PO from time of creation to close of PO. In this role, you will assist different areas of the warehouse operations to support on time to our customers. Be a functional expert in Oracle transaction supporting the business.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Generate all supply requests in Coupa.

  • Work close with Suppliers to ensure invoices are generated.

  • Create receipts for material once received.

  • Submit IT Tickets

  • Submit special pay requests.

  • Conduct investigations and obtain resolutions for aged, un-invoiced receipts.

  • Schedule pickups for waste/dumpster

  • Communicate with landlords on changes or building issues.

  • Manage and order warehouse and packaging material.

  • Onboard new suppliers

  • Load lease equipment in Virtual lease

  • Capitalize assets.

  • Enter PAR requests into eP&E and track spend.

  • Work with finance and manager to keep spend within budget.

  • Conduct investigations and obtain resolutions for aged, staged inventory.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Basic accounting skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Capable of using VLOOKUP and pivot tables

  • Data entry experience

  • Oracle MRP knowledge desired but not required.

  • Time management skills, ability to adjust to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication skills

  • Proactive attitude and a sense of urgency with meeting role objectives

  • Steel Toe Shoes required.
